It is a norigae that is often used for decoration.

Norigae in which women mean to the pus from a hanbok jacket 

or items worn around the waist of a skirt

is usually hung with silk on gold, silver, and jewels!

I've felt it before, isn't it really luxurious?

It is composed of a norigae, balls, and a manual!

You can also attach it to your jacket as you used to,

and attach it to the front of a door or a wall to make it feel better!
