About 4,500 people attended the Polar Bear Swimming Festival,
which marks its 31st time this year.

swim and roar like a polar bear in the city's annual winter event.

The Polar Bear Festival started in 1998 when the Seoul Olympics were held.
It is widely known as one of the world's top 10 winter sports by BBC World's TV station, and many foreigners also participate in this festival.
In particular, the event was attended by people who aged 3 to 84.
